The UAE’s most eagerly awaited integrated gaming resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island, is picking up speed as it races toward its March 2027 debut. This $3.9 billion luxury development has now sealed deals with top-tier food and beverage partners, setting the stage for a world-class dining and entertainment experience.
A joint venture between US-based Wynn Resorts and RAK Hospitality Holding, the striking 70-storey tower is already an icon in the making. Construction crews have poured concrete up to the 61st floor, keeping a steady pace of one floor per week — a testament to the project’s momentum.
“We are making progress towards the completion of our Wynn Al Marjan Island project in the UAE… having finalised key food and beverage partnerships, and agreed to key terms with a number of high-profile retail tenants,” said Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts.
A Gulf Luxury Landmark in the Making
Once complete, Wynn Al Marjan will redefine hospitality in the region with:
- Nearly two dozen restaurants, lounges, and bars
- A nightclub and beach club
- A luxury shopping promenade
- The signature Wynn spa and salon
- A sprawling 39,000 sq. ft. poolscape by the beach
- A 145,000 sq. ft. events and meetings centre with outdoor terraces and lawns
- A custom-designed theatre with a resident show created exclusively for Marjan Island
